A Saudi online English-learning platform for Arabic speakers. Lessons are live one-to-one
(no recordings to re-watch), taught by Arabic-speaking teachers who explain in Arabic when the student
gets stuck. Each student keeps the same teacher. Site language is Arabic.

Key facts (verify against the linked pages, which are the source of truth):

- Basic plan: 249 SAR/month, 5 live one-to-one lessons per week, 25 minutes each. That is 20 lessons a month, about 12 SAR per lesson and about 30 SAR per hour of one-to-one teaching.
- Lessons are live video calls on the free Zoom or Google Meet app, from any phone, tablet or laptop; camera optional; there are no recordings to re-watch, and some lessons are recorded for internal quality review only (never shared, deleted after review, and a student's no is final).
- Premium plan: 499 SAR/month, 5 live one-to-one lessons per week, 50 minutes each. That is 20 lessons a month, about 25 SAR per lesson and about 30 SAR per hour.
- Prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT: the published price is what is charged at checkout, with nothing added.
- Renewal is at the same price the customer joined at, with no increase.
- The 199/399 founder price closed after its first 50 subscribers; existing founder-price subscribers keep their price on renewal.
- Full money-back guarantee within 7 days, with no questions and no conditions. The 7 days run from the FIRST ACTUAL LESSON, not from the payment date. The refund goes back to the same payment method within 3 to 7 days. It applies to a first subscription only, not to renewals.
- There is no free trial lesson before paying. The first lesson is effectively the trial, because the guarantee starts from it. The free thing before paying is the graded level test.
- Teachers: both male and female teachers, and the signup form asks which the student prefers. Every teacher speaks Arabic; lessons are held in English and the teacher explains in Arabic when the student gets stuck. The same teacher continues for every lesson. Teachers are experienced and most hold a TEFL or TESOL certificate; two certificates are published in full on the About page. There is no Saudi teacher at present; teachers come from Syria, Yemen, Egypt, Morocco, Palestine, Indonesia and elsewhere.
- Scheduling: the five weekly lesson times are agreed directly with the teacher, in Saudi time, morning or evening. Lessons usually run Sunday to Thursday; Friday and Saturday are normally off. Cancel at least 4 hours ahead and a replacement is booked the same week and is not counted. Camera is optional; audio only is fine.
- Exam preparation: STEP (the Saudi English proficiency test from the Education and Training Evaluation Commission), IELTS and TOEFL are prepared for inside the same weekly private lessons. No score is guaranteed and no certificate is issued.
- Children: all ages, with no minimum age; the youngest current students are 7. A child is matched to a teacher who specialises in their age group, and 25-minute lessons suit a young child's attention span.
- No completion certificate or accredited certification is issued. A confirmation letter stating the study period, hours, teacher and level can be prepared on request; it is not an accredited certificate.
- Support is in Arabic on WhatsApp, Sunday to Thursday, 9am to 9pm Saudi time.
- No auto-renewal: nothing is charged without the customer's own action; an unrenewed subscription simply pauses.
- Payment: mada, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Tamara, which splits the amount into 4 interest-free instalments. Payment is taken only through the checkout on the signup page; bank transfer to a personal account is never requested. Tabby is not available.
